1. In which countries and regions is the ABCC+ Credit Card accepted?

ABCC+ Credit Card is applicable in most regions with credit card payment services, but its usage depends on the merchant's arrangements.

2. How can I apply for a ABCC+ Credit Card?

Download and install the ABCC+ Mobile APP from Google Play or Apple App Store. Click 【Start Application】. Follow the instructions to verify your email address and mobile phone number. Set up your account passcode. Enable biometric authentication (optional). Carefully read the terms and conditions and confirm your agreement. Fill in your personal information. Complete facial recognition and identity document verification. Submit all required information, and we will process your application. We may request additional supporting documents for further review if necessary.

3. What should I do if my credit card application is rejected?

4. Why am I not receiving the verification code?

The ABCC+ Mobile APP is currently available in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. If your region is not listed, you may need to apply using an application form or use a phone number from one of the listed countries.

5. How long will it take to receive my physical credit card after completing the application?

Customers who have successfully applied for a new card can expect to receive it within 10 business days.

6. Why is my application status still pending approval?

Your application is currently being processed. Please log out and log back in later to view the updated status.

7. When applying with a Hong Kong ID card, what should I fill in for the document expiration date?

Please fill in the application date.

8. I forgot my login password. What should I do?

Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP, click 【Login】, and select 【Forgot Password】. Enter your registered email address. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the verification code. Set and confirm your new password.

9. When can I change or cancel my autopay settings?

To cancel autopay, please contact the respective merchant directly to make a request.

10. How can I cancel my ABCC+ Credit Card?

To cancel your account, please contact us via email email (info@abcc-plus.com) or Whatsapp (+852 60120599).

11. What should I do if my credit card is lost or damaged?

If your credit card is lost or damaged, immediately freeze the card via the Double Pay Mobile APP and contact us by email (info@abcc-plus.com) or Whatsapp (+852 60120599) to report the issue and apply for a replacement card.

12. How can I temporarily block or unblock my ABCC+ Credit Card?

Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and click on 【Login】. After logging in, click on the block card icon. Select the Credit Card icon. Click on 【Lock】. Finally, click on 【Confirm】 to block the Credit Card. 13. How do I change my ABCC+ Credit Card ATM PIN?

Log in to the ABCC+ Mobile APP and go to 【Manage】. Select the card you want to change the PIN for. Go to 【Change ATM PIN】in 【Security Settings】 and change your ATM PIN.

14. How can I update my personal information?

Please email your updated personal information, along with supporting documents, to info@abcc-plus.com. We will update your information as soon as possible.

15. How do I request a credit limit increase?

16. What should I do if my ABCC+ Credit Card is lost or stolen?

How to Report a Lost Card: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. Select the credit card you want to report as lost. Provide the required information about the lost card. 17. What if I forget or change my security password?

How to Change Your Transaction Password: Open the ABCC+ Mobile App and log in to your account. Please select main page right corner [Settings], in [User Setting] part click [Change Passcode] Enter your current transaction password. Enter your desired new password and confirm it.

18. How do I activate my new physical card?

How to activate your Credit Card: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. Tap 【Manage】. Find the card you want to activate and tap【Activate】. Enter your transaction password to complete the activation.

19. How can I view my Credit Card information in the ABCC+ Mobile APP?

How to view your Credit Card details: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. After logging in, you will see your account number and available credit. Click 【Manage】 to view transaction history, monthly statements, etc. Select the Credit Card you want to view. Click 【View】. Enter your transaction password to view detailed Credit Card information such as Credit Card number,expiry date and CVV.

20. How to set a daily spending limit?

Please login to ABCC+ Mobile APP Press [Spending Limit] in Common Functions Press [Set a Daily Limit for all purchase] Press [Enable] and enter the limit amount, then press [Confirm] Enter your passcode to complete the setting

21. Which credit card can I use HKDM points to repay?

All ABCC+ Credit Cards accept HKDM points for full or partial repayment.

22. How do I dispute a transaction on my credit card statement?

If you notice a disputed transaction on your monthly statement, please contact us via email (info@abcc-plus.com) or WhatsApp (+852 6012 0599) for assistance.

23. What should I do if I find an unauthorized transaction on my credit card account?

24. How do I pay my credit card bill?
