FAQ
ABCC+ Credit Card is applicable in most regions with credit card payment services, but its usage depends on the merchant's arrangements.
Download and install the ABCC+ Mobile APP from Google Play or Apple App Store. Click 【Start Application】. Follow the instructions to verify your email address and mobile phone number. Set up your account passcode. Enable biometric authentication (optional). Carefully read the terms and conditions and confirm your agreement. Fill in your personal information. Complete facial recognition and identity document verification. Submit all required information, and we will process your application. We may request additional supporting documents for further review if necessary.

The ABCC+ Mobile APP is currently available in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. If your region is not listed, you may need to apply using an application form or use a phone number from one of the listed countries.
Customers who have successfully applied for a new card can expect to receive it within 10 business days.

Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP, click 【Login】, and select 【Forgot Password】. Enter your registered email address. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the verification code. Set and confirm your new password.
To cancel autopay, please contact the respective merchant directly to make a request.

If your credit card is lost or damaged, immediately freeze the card via the Double Pay Mobile APP and contact us by email (info@abcc-plus.com) or Whatsapp (+852 60120599) to report the issue and apply for a replacement card.
Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and click on 【Login】. After logging in, click on the block card icon. Select the Credit Card icon. Click on 【Lock】. Finally, click on 【Confirm】 to block the Credit Card. Log in to the ABCC+ Mobile APP and go to 【Manage】. Select the card you want to change the PIN for. Go to 【Change ATM PIN】in 【Security Settings】 and change your ATM PIN.

How to Report a Lost Card: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. Select the credit card you want to report as lost. Provide the required information about the lost card. How to Change Your Transaction Password: Open the ABCC+ Mobile App and log in to your account. Please select main page right corner [Settings], in [User Setting] part click [Change Passcode] Enter your current transaction password. Enter your desired new password and confirm it.
How to activate your Credit Card: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. Tap 【Manage】. Find the card you want to activate and tap【Activate】. Enter your transaction password to complete the activation.
How to view your Credit Card details: Open the ABCC+ Mobile APP and log in. After logging in, you will see your account number and available credit. Click 【Manage】 to view transaction history, monthly statements, etc. Select the Credit Card you want to view. Click 【View】. Enter your transaction password to view detailed Credit Card information such as Credit Card number,expiry date and CVV.
Please login to ABCC+ Mobile APP Press [Spending Limit] in Common Functions Press [Set a Daily Limit for all purchase] Press [Enable] and enter the limit amount, then press [Confirm] Enter your passcode to complete the setting
All ABCC+ Credit Cards accept HKDM points for full or partial repayment.
